24 hours till 2008 and good bye '07. Unbelievable.
Hmm.. It has been an eventful year. Looking back, there's a lot of stuff I never thought I'll do. Anyway, let's recount.
1) Spent the first half of the year with my fellow groupmate. The final sem, the best sem. Eventhough the assignment, exam was damn stressful but hey we pulled it through.
The biggest challenge of all was none other than napfa. Well, my physical explained why it was a challenge. Hehe, but i managed to finish all the required activities with all my limbs and body intact.
2) Went for a 2 mth trip to the states. Finally met my aunt whom I've not met before. Visited a lot of places. Attend my sis graduation ceremony. Rode the roller coaster and realised it's still not excited enough. Gained hell lot of weight from eating and playing too much.
3) Graduated with merit.
4) Started working full time as a nurse. Joined the big family of micu and never regret it once. It has been a great learning experience and still learning everyday. It dawned on me that backstabbing at work place is unavoidable. As much as I try to avoid from doing it, sometimes I find myself complaining bout some stuff or person. Whether it's consider as backstabbing, shrugs, depends on how you defined "backstabbing". Another topic for another day. =)
5) Met online game buddies and became real life good buddies. It has been more than a year and still going strong. Weeee~
6) Realised that serious relationship is not the thing for me for now after hurting someone else, though he claimed that he's not, but of coz expectations play a role in here. Let's just say I enjoy the freedom being a single rather than being committed in a serious relationship. Certainly I am taking my time to find the right person. No hurry, it may take a life time.
Hmm.. Of coz there's many other things that happened this year which make me who i am today. Change is inevitable, as the social settings change with time. Hehe..
Happy New Year~ and may all of you have a fantastic and gorgeous year of 2008. Live the dream!

Sigh~
Hahaha.. I just realised a lot of my entry either start with a sigh or have at least one sigh. This is what happened the other day while diluting drugs at the injection trolley with a colleague on a busy day:
Mel: Hai~~~
C: Why r u sighing?
Mel: Hmm.. Don't u feel better after sighing? Well, I do. Haiiiiiii~ Hehe..
It relieves frustration especially when machine after running for one whole night without a beep started to give u problems towards the end of the shift and u r afraid that the irritating beeping of the alarm will irritate ur already irritated patient coz ur patient is not getting the sedation due to the freaking machine is not running and ur patient start to squirm around the bed and attempted to yank out the tube.
I spent this year Christmas working. Not everyone get to celebrate this season of giving and taking. Some unfortunate ones are too sick to be aware that it's Christmas. The least I can give them is the ultimate care and a chance to survive. Anyway, I get my new year off. Let's go Partayyyyyyy~ anyone?
